How does it work ?

Booking
First step, contact us by phone or e-mail. Tell us your requirements : the date and day, the time, the places of departure and arrival and the number of people to transport.

Confirmation
Within 24 hours, we confirm you the availibilty of a Kapshuttle driver for you (by e-mail or phone call) and the price of the service.Now all that remains is to confirm.

Verification
On the day you booked, Kapshuttle calls you a couple of hours before the appointment in order to confirm where and when to pick you up. Also, we will check the important details (number of passengers, adults and/or children, destination…) in order to adjust our service to your requirement.

Reception
When you arrive, we take care of your luggage, you just have to sit cosily. During the ride, the driver will be unobtrusive and will answer any of your questions.

Invoicing
Already arrived? Yes, KapShuttle makes the rides more enjoyable. When the driver drops you off, depending on the confirmed service, you only pay the total due. No more, no less.

Collect
If you provide for a return, the driver will call you to confirm when and where to pick you up for the return. Please note that you will have to pay 70% of the service on the outward route, and 30% on the final ride.
